Privacy Policy
Last updated 24 October 2026.
This policy covers this website (steadyops.com.au) only — the page you're reading, its free trial form, and nothing else. It does not cover the SteadyOps application itself (app.steadyops.com.au), which has its own privacy terms covering customer account and operational data.
Who we are
SteadyOps (ABN 15852897395), Yeppoon QLD 4703, Australia. For any privacy question or request, contact support@steadyops.com.au.
What we collect
The only personal information this website collects is what you choose to give us through the free trial form: your name, email address, and optionally your company name, phone number and message. We don't use cookies, analytics, or any other tracking on this site, and we don't collect anything automatically beyond standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) that our hosting provider keeps for security and reliability.
How we use it
Form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry — to follow up about a trial, a walkthrough, or a question you've asked. We don't use it for marketing you haven't asked for, and we don't sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
Who it's shared with
Submitting the form sends an email to our support inbox through Resend, our email delivery provider, which processes the message content in transit. This website is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard web traffic and server logs as part of hosting the site. Neither provider uses your information for anything beyond delivering this service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and maintain our own business records, then delete them. If you'd like your information removed sooner, just ask.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles (Privacy Act 1988), you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@steadyops.com.au and we'll action it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. We don't expect to need to — this site collects very little — but we'll keep it accurate if that changes.
